The deadline has passed As of 2:00 PM Friday, November 19, 1999, the electronic submission is now closed and the peer review process is already underway. Please visit our website frequently for further announcements. We are planning on announcing the first phase of the Technical Program (Notification of Acceptance) on January 24, 2000 and in the meantime, please do not forget to mail the ICASSP2000 Copyright Form to CMS. Electronic Registration is now fully operational and the delegates are invited to complete their registration as early as possible to take advantage of the reduced fees.
